Lately I’ve been trying to figure out the neuroscience around what makes something visually striking or memorable but I don’t have a clue about science. Thus, left with my own opinion, I find it inspiring when someone is taking the seat of the social activist, because I guess I just don’t see it a lot. It’s brave because it can be so appealing to be neutral or beautiful, but he seems to have a different goal which I admire.
Asthically, I like the tones of the colors and character of the textures in his backgrounds. I saw a movie that said something like, “Good Design goes unnoticed.” I think this work can prove that because it communicates as it should with its important mesage and is noticed but also beautiful, but certainly inspiring.
